My name is Lauren Parrella and I am the Broker/Owner of Realty Executives First Class in Montville, New Jersey. I am married to the most supportive man in the world, have two amazing stepchildren & two crazy dogs. I have been in this business since 2013 and am always looking for ways to better myself as an agent and mentor.

One day I was reading a book on leadership when the ideas for this app flooded my brain. On my own, I created every single aspect of how I wanted it to operate, knowing full well what agents need and look for. Bluestone Apps made my vision a reality and I am so excited to share it with you!
